The main living area is open plan kitchen, lounge, dining. House WC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upstairs bunk room: 2 bunk beds (i.e. 4 people)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upstairs bathroom: bath and shower<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upstairs office: can be an extra bedroom with mattress on floor (has slept 2 people in the past)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facilities: parking for 4 cars, outdoor domestic 3kW socket to trickle charge electric cars (bring your own cable), front garden with lawn and terrace sitting area with table and chairs, hose pipe. Rear enclosed garden with bench and seats, BBQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kitchen: microwave, electric induction hob & oven, dishwasher, high chair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General purpose adult bicycles x 2 (pump, puncture kit, lock in rucksack in utility), body boards (x4), lobster pot, one double sit-on kayak, one single sin-on kayak, one sit-in sea kayak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Washer and dryer. Wi-fi (v fast), Sonos sound system, woodburner, DVD player, Smart TV with HDMI sockets, Chromecast gadget to cast from phone to TV (download Google home app and search for family room TV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well-behaved dogs welcome. The lawned garden is relatively dog-proof, the back garden not so dog-proof….and there are sheep nearby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Small children….just be aware that there are occasionally fast-moving farm vehicles and cows on the lane outside and the outdoor steps up the back of the building could be a fall hazard. There isn’t a stair gate on the internal stairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
