Well-behaved dogs welcome. The lawned garden is relatively dog-proof, the back garden not so dog-proof….and there are sheep nearby.
Small children….just be aware that there are occasionally fast-moving farm vehicles and cows on the lane outside and the outdoor steps up the back of the building could be a fall hazard. There isn’t a stair gate on the internal stairs.
